We are pleased to introduce our new website and also some great additions to CrossFit Thunder Hill!!

Starting in April, we are adding CrossFit Lite, Thunder Hill Barbell Club and a new Elements program called Intro to CrossFit!

CrossFit Lite is a 30 minute class that is offered on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00am.

Thunder Hill Barbell Club is designed to improve technique and strength in the Olympic lifts.  Barbell club meets Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 10:30am and is included with an Unlimited CrossFit membership.

Intro to CrossFit (formerly Elements) is for NEW members.  All new members must complete 5 Introduction classes before joining our regular CrossFit classes.  Introduction classes are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 9:30am.
