Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who visits us is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, warm ups, and exercises. We have a focus on coaching every movement and every member to ensure all are achieving their greatest potential in a safe manner.

We offer small-group Intro Sessions by appointment to allow you the opportunity to experience a CrossFit workout for yourself, and learn more about our gym. We will explain our methodology, program offerings, and our community during this session. This Intro Session is also a time for us to evaluate your goals, fitness level, and experience so that we can lay a solid foundation for your CrossFit career. Completing an Intro Session is a prerequisite to attending our group classes.
