Wednesday, August 20- One of our sales representatives from Stronger Faster Healthier is coming to the gym to talk about their products and answer any questions you may have about them. He will also have some samples for us to try. He will be there for the afternoon classes.

Sunday, August 31- The 10th Annual Jimmy D 5K in New Brunswick, NJ. The race supports the James D’heron Memorial Foundation. For those of you that are new to the gym, the foundation was started by our sister-in-law in memory of her father who was a firefighter that was killed in the line of duty. We are going to the race and would like to have a group from the gym join us. Please let us know if you will be able to attend. Also, we hosted a Jimmy D fundraiser last year and will be doing it again this year. We had to reschedule the fundraiser due to the move but we will be announcing a new date soon. Stay tuned for more information.

Starting next week, we will not have Yoga for a little while. We are going to start a 30-minute Mobility class. Exact day to be announced.

Starting Tuesday, August 19, we are moving the 6:00pm class to 6:30pm. We will be doing this on a trial basis. Some of you have asked about a later class so we hope this helps. The 4:00pm and 5:00pm stay the same.

We are ordering cases of FitAID. If you are interested in ordering a case, add your name to the order form on the refrigerator and please pre-pay.

We are also going to become a retailer for Cracked Nut Butter! We have samples at the gym to try. It is made with high quality natural ingredients and is gluten-free. It is a great healthy snack. Ask us for details about Cracked Nut Butter and if you would like to place an order.

We are becoming a retailer for Cracked Nut Butter. It is a great snack with natural healthy ingredients, gluten-free and some flavors are Paleo. We are placing an order soon- so please let us know if you are interested in ordering or if you would like to try a sample.
