We are going to do Open Workout 14.3 Thursday night right after the workout is announced at 8:00pm!! Chris and Lisa are getting married on Saturday so they are unable to do the workout this weekend. Come in to do the workout with them or come to cheer them on and wish them good luck and many years of marital bliss!
*We are still going to do the workout Friday 6:00pm and Saturday 10:30am too.

Just like last week, we will be doing the Open workout at 6:00pm on Friday and 10:30am on Saturday. If you can’t make it to one of these times, just let us know and we will make sure you can get in and do it. Remember scores must be entered by Monday so we can validate them BEFORE the Monday 8:00pm deadline. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Push Press (have bar land on chest, in front-rack position)
Perform the sequence 7 times through without stopping. 5 rounds of the complex will be completed increasing weight each time. Goal is max load in a set. Rest as needed between rounds.
