The name doesn’t sound like it but Friday’s Burpee night is going to be fun and it is for a good cause. Amanda’s scholarship fund, in memory of her dad, awards a high school senior a scholarship for college. And the American Lung Association helps improve lung health and educate people. John and Jill are doing a workout at the LUNG FORCE Walk in Rehoboth so it would be great to have a nice CFTH turnout! If you are unable to join our team, the $10 buy-in is very much appreciated by Amanda. This fundraiser also has a personal meaning for John and Jill. Jill’s mom died from lung cancer. Mel, Matt and Jen’s aunt is currently battling lung cancer.

So try and join us tomorrow night and in true CFTH style we are going to hang out for a bit after the workout and eat and drink. BYOB and if you want to bring a healthy snack to share that would be good but please don’t feel that you need to! We hope to see you tomorrow at 6:30pm. Please sign up on MINDBODY.

Burpees For Breathers night- Friday at 6:30pm. We will be doing a special burpee WOD to raise money for the Theodore D. Carl Memorial Scholarship fund (in memory of Amanda’s father) and the American Lung Association. We are asking for a $10 buy-in (paid at the gym) which goes to the Scholarship fund and also go to our team page and register with our team, where the additional proceeds will go to the American Lung Association. Wear teal on Friday night (the official color of the American Lung Association and the LUNG FORCE Walk). Stay after the burpee WOD for a bite to eat and feel free to BYOB!
